This privacy statement is applicable to Botaniworld, LLC and all its affiliates. Botaniworld, LLC policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users.
Personally Identifiable Information
Botaniworld, LLC does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis, such as by registering with Botaniworld, LLC. Botaniworld, LLC shall maintain appropriate safeguards, consistent with the standards of the industry, to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of information collected from individuals. Informational Collection and Use
Botaniworld, LLC does not collect any information on customers without consent. As part of the service offerings, customers will be prompted for information when enrolling for service or requesting further information. No information is collected about a customer if simply browsing the web site.
How the Order Process is Secured
The order process is protected via a secure connection so that data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Our servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption. You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock in your browser window. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with https:
